Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your System

Securely place the Rainbow unit and all included accessories in the original factory packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is visible.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement system within 5-7 business days.
